Getting started

Use the official Download page only. Prefer the latest full client when available.

Accounts will open on this website (or a linked portal) — not inside the legacy client. Join the waitlist until registration goes live.

Each account can create up to 3 characters. Choose a class and start in the starter region. Class guides expand on Classes.

Watch News and Discord before major updates or merges.

The installer will not start

Run as Administrator, unblock the file in Properties, and ensure enough free disk space.

Black screen after launch

Update GPU drivers, disable overlays (Discord/GeForce), and verify DirectX runtime.

Cannot connect to server

Check News for maintenance. Allow Nightfall through firewall. Confirm you are on the official client.

Where do patches come from?

Only from this website’s Download mirrors. Never install patches from third-party links.

How many characters can I create?

Up to 3 characters per account (confirmed create limit). Do not expect more slots until an official change is announced.

Can I register inside the game client?

No. There is no in-client registration UI. Use this website’s waitlist now, and official web registration when accounts open.
